L'emplacement, l'accueil et l'aide apportée par la conciergerie / réception (réservation pour spectacle équestre, soirée flamenco..),propreté et équipements (mini piscine et solarium bienvenus), bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Nice but small outdoor pool upstairs, but not heated.

I had requested a room with a street view when I made the reservation but unfortunately my room had a view of the internal roof and another wing of the hotel. Perhaps the suites do not look onto the street but it would have been nice to have received an email letting me know this was not available in advance.

Also, when I first checked in one of the sinks was badly clogged (food actually coming up). I notified the front desk and when I returned they said it had been fixed. It was slow to drain during my entire stay.

Parking the car in the nearby parking garage cost 14,85 Euro for a night;
The bathroom was beautiful, but the shower door couldn't close well so that water flooded the whole bathroom

Modern, comfortable and well located hotel in Jerez. On the edge of the pedestrian area with easy access to Tapas bars and bodegas. Friendly and accommodating staff able to offer good advice.

Reception staff very friendly. Hotel is in hart of Jerez, so everything is in walking distance. Car parking is next door and week-ends a special price (Euro 424 hours if you keep your car there all the time)
Hotel it self is a bit Dark We had requested room as high of the building as possible and quiet room.
They upgraded us to Junior suite which was on first floor. Small living room with very tiny roof Window (you could not see through it). bedroom nice size with walk in dressing room. it was towards inside yard, and very Dark.lightning was really limited, so if you are on business, and need to work, brequest extra light. Bed and pillows comfortable, and bathroom spacious with two Washing bases. Bath and separate Shower. Water pressure was very good. Internet was a big letdown. On and off , so if you are going to need internet, this is not the place to use it. Room was very Quiet!
Brfst was very average,Service very friendly!

When we travel we prefer the smaller hotels since we value personal service. We also value ambience above glitz. The Asta Regia hotel in the old centre of Jerez gets our top vote for both service and ambience. We had a so called superior double, which was of a comfortable size. This particular room (102) also had a separate entrance and stairway, it had large windows which could be opened and a bathroom with a huge shower, all plusses in our estimation. We could not have had a more helpful staff and the location meant that everything in the old city was within walking distance. Perfect!

Centrally located, close to high quality restaurants and bars. Near the Castle and Sherry bodegas.
Had a lovely room overlooking the main street. Black out curtains in the room really helped with a nice restful night's sleep.
room facilities 5 star. Friendly staff. Used the free internet in reception.
Breakfast was good with a wide selection of cold meats and cheese, hot bacon and tortilla, cereals, fruit and pastries.

Clean hotel . Lovely modern feel to the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Very quiet despite being very close to central square in Jerez. Very helpful staff. I was grateful to be able to use computer and printer in the reception area to print off my boarding card.
Enjoyed using pool area and shower on last day after we had checked out of our room.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel was for our two night stay in Jerez. The hotel has a great location right near the center of Jerez with parking right near the hotel. It is new, clean and beautifully furnished. I live in the USA and this was just as nice as staying at a Westin Hotel, including the heavenly beds. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel has everything you need including a great breakfast and free wifi. We had a great experience at this hotel and would definately stay there again.

We couldn't believe a hotel of this quality could be such a reasonable price, just wished we had more time there to enjoy the rooftop pool and other facilities. It's also right in the middle of everything that's going on in Jerez. We will definately be stopping here next time round.
The staff were super helpful.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel during Semana Santa. The location was a stone's throw from the Plaza Arenal - very well situated. I stayed in a junior suite and it was very nice. The bedroom was a good size and the bathroom quite large with 2 sinks, a full bath and a shower. The closet was actually a small walk in closet (the first time I've seen this in a hotel). So I could hide my suitcases away. The additional room with the couch and another TV was also quite nice. I'd definately stay again.
