Additionally, the user can authorise SERCOTEL to manage their data for promotions and for marketing, including emailing of commercial communications relating to the mix of products and services that we offer, as well as those related to the hotel sector (travel, gastronomy, leisure, etc.)
Retention of data		Data will be retained during the lifetime of the administrative and/or commercial relationship between the interested party and SERCOTEL. Furthermore, the timescale provided by legislation specifies the minimum period that this data should be kept available. If the user wishes to exercise their right to suppress or oppose use of the data, their data will be blocked and then destroyed in a way that respects their confidentiality.
Recipients of the data		Recipients of the data are third parties who are responsible for its management and who provide their services to SERCOTEL, with whom a corresponding agreement has been drawn which guarantees their compliance to RGPD and the appropriate security measures.
