The processing of the data contained in your Curriculum Vitae is based on the pre-contractual relationship in which the interested party/candidate is a part and the consent granted.

If the user wishes to exercise their right to suppress or oppose use of the data, their data will be blocked and then destroyed in a way that respects their confidentiality.

Recipients of the data are third parties who are responsible for its management and who provide their services to SERCOTEL, with whom a corresponding agreement has been drawn which guarantees their compliance to RGPD and the appropriate security measures.

Your data can be provided to the rest of the companies within the SERCOTEL GROUP for the correct development or provision of reserved services.

To achieve the perfect development and provision of your services, SERCOTEL may carry out international transfers to SERCOTEL associated hotels or companies within the SERCOTEL GROUP
