It Asturias, located in the North of Spain, is one of the territories with the largest
natural areas, where almost a third of its length is Protected Natural area, including
the National Park of Picos de Europa .
The Principality of Asturias is characterized by its rich artistic and historic heritage, having been declared the monuments of the capital, Oviedo, and the Kingdom of Asturias, a World Heritage site of UNESCO in 1985.
Visit some of the most outstanding monuments of Asturian pre-Romanesque style, built in the VIII and X centuries, such as the monument of Santa María del Naranco and San Miguel de Lillo, or Santa Cristina de Lena and Santo Adriano de Valdediós.
